The hotel was absolutely charming, and clean, and the location was marvellous in the middle of jackson. Location: the venue was near to Casa Ortiz. We stopped by El Cafe de Maria for coffee and treats, it was at a medium distance from the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and beautifully themed after different fruits. I stayed in the Mango room and loved it. The hotel had a lovely restaurant with delicious food at great prices. The location was also convenient, with the city center just a short distance away. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Casa Ortiz for a wonderful stay in Ciudad Valles.

While the breakfast was a bit lacking when I arrived, the staff quickly responded and started making eggs and replenishing the coffee. It did take some time, but eventually, I was able to have a satisfying meal.

The themed-room names are unique touches that add to the experience.

One minor drawback was the breakfast buffet occasionally needing to be restocked.
